By doing a weekly meal prep, you have a solid plan in place each week to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Our easy to prepare weekly meal plan lets you take control of your meals every week so you can take control of your health.
Here’s how it works:
1. Every Sunday, log in and view your grocery list. This is customizable based on how many people you’re cooking for that week.
2. Go to your local super market and buy what’s on the list.
3. After you’ve bought your groceries, log into your Meal Plan of the Day for Sunday. Follow the recipes to prepare your food for the entire week.
4. Portion out your meals in microwavable containers.
5. Place your meals in the refrigerator for the week.
6. Each day, log into your Meal Plan of the Day and see what’s on your plan to eat. Grab those meals and carry on with your day.
7. When it’s time for you to eat, warm your meal up in the microwave for about a minute to a minute and a half. Then you’re ready to eat a healthy, great tasting meal!
